The Clinical Standard

About Advance Health Solutions

Advance Health Solutions exists because too many Texans hurt in accidents fall into the gap between the emergency room and a settled claim. We close that gap.

We are not a clinic. We are not a law firm. We are the coordination team that makes the existing Texas medical and legal system work for the people it is meant to serve.

Who We Are

What We Are

AHS is an independent administrative network for accident-injury care. We do three things:

01

Triage incoming patients

within 24-72 hours

02

Schedule care

with Texas-licensed providers in our network

03

Manage documentation, billing,

and insurance coordination

We do not diagnose, prescribe, or represent clients legally. Every clinical decision belongs to the treating physician. Every legal decision belongs to your attorney.

Our Network

25+ board-certified specialists across Houston and Dallas metros. The network covers five clinical pillars:

Emergency-trained medical doctors

Diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, DMX, NCV/EMG)

Interventional pain management

Orthopedic and spinal surgery

Physical therapy and rehabilitation

Why We Exist

The pattern repeats every day in Texas: an injured driver visits the ER, gets a CT scan, leaves with muscle relaxants, then has nowhere to go when real symptoms set in 72 hours later.

By the time they figure out the next step alone, insurance carriers have already framed their case as a treatment-delay problem.

AHS was built to solve that. Everything we do — 72-hour evaluations, MD-led care, $0 upfront billing, attorney coordination — exists because the alternative fails injured Texans when they need help most.

About Advance Health

Eliminating the "Recovery Gap" for Accident Victims.

At Advance Health Solutions, we believe high-quality medical care shouldn't depend on your bank account. Following a motor vehicle accident (MVA), victims often fall into a clinical uncertainty zone—the recovery gap.

This is the critical period where the ER has discharged the patient, but the path to specialists remains blocked by upfront costs and insurance red tape. We bridge this gap by supporting victims across Texas through a dedicated network of experienced providers.

"Our team understands the complexities of Texas insurance and medical billing, ensuring patients receive seamless care backed by specialized expertise."

Clinics within our network bring years of specialized experience in diagnosing and treating complex MVA injuries. We prioritize a seamless patient experience by ensuring timely appointments, clear communication, and continuity of care.

Full Continuity of Care from Medical Screening to Recovery

Accountability

Providers in our network answer to their own licensing boards for clinical and legal decisions. AHS is responsible for the accuracy of our administrative work and for routing patients only to verified Texas-licensed providers.

Concerns are reviewed by our compliance team within seven business days. Clinical concerns are routed to the treating provider and, where required, to the relevant licensing board.
