Disclaimer: Services are provided by Texas-licensed medical professionals

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using our services or website. By accessing Advance Health Texas, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

01

AHS Facilitation Disclosure

Advance Health Solutions (AHS) is an independent administrative and management company. AHS is not a healthcare provider, law firm, or insurance carrier. All medical treatments, screenings, and rehabilitative services are performed by independent, Texas-licensed medical professionals within the AHS network.

AHS facilitates referrals, manages scheduling, and provides billing support services to ensure a seamless experience for MVA victims. Decisions regarding medical care are made solely by the treating physician and the patient.

02

Insurance and Billing Disclaimer

Our "Zero-Friction Billing" and "$0 Out-of-Pocket" promises are subject to verification of coverage. These terms typically apply to patients with valid Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Medical Payments (Med-Pay), or those who qualify for a Letter of Protection (LOP).

Final responsibility for medical bills lies with the patient, though we make every effort to collect from the applicable insurance carriers or legal settlements as per our agreements.

04

No Medical Advice

The information provided on this website, including text, graphics, images, and other materials, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of our Medical Doctors or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

05

No Guarantee of Results

References to our "5,000+ patients helped" or "Premier Network" are intended to demonstrate our experience and resources. However, past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Every MVA case is unique, and medical recovery as well as insurance settlement amounts depend on various factors beyond our control.
